Mira Rajput embraced motherhood soon after getting married as she welcomed her daughter Misha and son Zain Kapoor with husband Shahid Kapoor in 2016 and 2018 respectively. In an Instagram Q&A session, the star wife was asked how she managed to lose those extra kilos she gained during her pregnancy phase. And her answer simply made us understand that the star wife followed a disciplined lifestyle in order to get back in shape. So do you want to know the secret behind it?

While a fan asked ‘how did you lose weight after pregnancy?’ Mira shared it was a slow process and most important in this process was consuming the right kind of food in the right portion and also working out. She further added these things can’t be replaced. Mira’s reply read, “I get asked this question. It was slow it did take time. But the most important thing is eating right, the correct portion, and working out.
